Bill has been active in a variety
of bands for the past 25 years. When Bill was 14 he learned how to play
bar chords and a 5 note blues scale on guitar and that was all it took to get him started. He
learned how to play the entire Aerosmith "Dream on" album by playing the record over and over until he could "copy" the guitar
parts and play along with the record. From there he began to apply the same technique with other popular vinyl records around
at the time including Led Zeppelin IV, the Beatles White Album, Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon, Jeff Beck Wired, and anything
else he could "figure out".

Bill has a variety of musical interests and this has taken his guitar playing
journey through many genres from Pop, to Soul, Rock, Funk, Rockabilly, Surf, Jazz, Fusion, Ambient, Folk, and of course Blues.
Singing and playing with The Cronin Brothers has given Bill the opportunity to further explore his musical abilities through
all of these styles. Says Bill, "...the great thing about playing with the Cronin
Brothers is that none of us have just one style of music we're stuck on. Certainly
each of us has our strengths but the variety of styles challenges each of us to become better at things we may have never
been completely comfortable with before...we end up better musicians as a result and always keeps things interesting..."
